Triangular Diamonds
Until recently, most triangular-shaped diamonds were step-cut. Today, brillant-cut triangular diamonds, called trillions or trilliants, posses more facets and more sparkle. The Trilliant cut is quite attractive.
Buying Tip: Judge the attractiveness of the triangular shape by looking at the outline with the unaided eye. It should pleasing to the eye. Watch out for girdles which are too thin as they are more prone to chipping.
